Junior

Forever in our hearts
Junior was found by a co-worker walking on a major road. She asked me if I would take him. I wanted another cat since I felt my cat Sam needed a companion. Junior was six months old when found. He was part Maine Coon and had the most gentle disposition. He loved to ride in cars and would sit or lie on the seat. He never had to be put into a carrier. Junior accepted everyone and other cats without issues. He was always waiting at the door when I came home and made sure I would be up in the morning to feed him. For the last six months of his life he tolerated having to get an insulin shot twice a day and fluids once a day, In July 2010 he crossed the Rainbow Bridge on his own terms after finishing his breakfast. He was in my life for over 19 years. The picture that I am posting symbolizes his life for me, rays of sunshine.
