Chaz
Forever in our hearts
I received Chaz when he was 8 weeks old. He was a Guide Dog for the Blind puppy that was given to me to raise, nurture, train, love, then return to GDB so that a blind person would be matched with him & off to work he would go. In the process Chaz decided working life was not for him and I adopted him as my own FURever boy. We had 8 wonderful years together. Chaz was my soul mate, my sweetheart, my love. We went camping, hiking, swimming, and had many adventures together along with my other dogs. As you can see in this picture Chaz LOVED his comfort, we called him the Prince! I bet he could feel a pea under the bottom cushion had there been one there! Very unexpectedly, Chaz became ill with a brain tumor at 8 and 1/2 years old. I cherished the time we had remaining together and I did everything I could for him. Then one Friday morning he came to me and said he was ready to go, his battle was nearing it's end. I escorted Chaz to Rainbow Bridge with a very heavy heart, but now he runs and plays free of pain & suffering until we meet again. I love you for ever my sweet Chaz. Butterfly hugs from afar.
