Amber

Amber was born June 1, 1999 and passed away on May 7, 2016. She was found as a kitten playing in thebushes where I live, All the neighbors started to feed her, but for some reason I was the only one that she would allow to pet her. When a severe storm was coming I tried to get my neighbors to bring her in, since I had three other cats. However, I brought her in and she remained with me for nearly 17 years. She was a great cat, but wanted her space, which was honored, even by the other cats. Amber was healthy up until three weeks before she passed. She went over the Rainbow Bridge on her own terms and passed away at home being held by me.
